Wrong item sent

We were shipped a lesser quality mattress pad than the one we ordered.. Same manufacturer, no 2 inch gusset. I am disappointed since we needed it quickly and had to reorder and send this one back. The customer service representative was very apologetic and made the process as easy as possible, which I appreciated. I expect more from Macy’s shipping dept, Hopeful we will receive the correct item this time.

Not bad

Quality was very good but the bra itself was too stiff, not enough give. Hard to get on and off.

Soft and comfy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this to add to my son’s bed. He sleeps on a futon which is not super soft. I wanted to give him to add thickness and softness to it. This fits the futon a little big which is fine. We are able to tuck it in easily. The futon is nice a lot softer to lay on. Really happy with this. I am thinking about getting another one for my daughter’s bed and mine as well.

100% Cotton

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress pad looks and feels luxurious. Lots of details here that add to the quality of product and sleep, like the box stitching to keep the fill in place, 2” of fill for extra comfort/cushion and gray piping around the edges for a defined structure. The cover is made with 100% cotton material is a must in our household because we are hot sleepers and cotton is so breathable. It fits my queen mattress perfectly with enough stretch for a slightly taller mattress if needed. Tip- this needs a few days to fluff out after opening. Did not have any smell when opening. Big bonus is that is it machine washable!

BUY it today!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh my gosh. This mattress pad is truly lush and oh so comfortable. I am crazy for this ultra comfortable upgrade to my mattress pad. It fit perfectly over my thick memory foam mattress. It stays put and gives me the best sleep ever.
