NOT ABLE TO OFFER REVIEW.

Have ordered this item 3 times. Twice it was delivered broken in pieces and once it was all in one piece but the gold rim was faded. Too bad because I really wanted it. Finally gave up.

ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS

I ordered this on January 1st, 2019 and it was in backorder and arrived on February 10, 2019 it took a while but the discounted price I got in for was well worth the wait, I’m not sure why this platter has some bad reviews, mine came beautifully wrapped and secured in a nice box, and the platter itself has no flaws or imperfections or chips, overall I’m very very happy with purchase

Arrived Damaged

This was supposed to be a Christmas present from my husband. So dissapointed us both having to return it due to it being damaged. It looked like the porselain had a bubble in it that popped leaving a chip in the plate part of it. We wanted to use it for Christmas dinner with our china. We also got a gravy boat in the same pattern Not in its original box but wrapped in bubble wrap that looked like it was used and returned or taken from the store display. I'll order from somewhere else if they keep sending us this type of merchandise in the future this is not acceptable .

Old Country Roses Handled Serving Platter

The platter I waited several months to receive was a terrible disappointment. The plate has air bubbles in it along with undesirable waves. There is gold paint missing on the perimeter near one of the handles. My attempts to get a return label is another story all of its own. I won't be doing much shopping with Macy's anymore.

Just perfect!

This piece, in particular, is one of a kind. Better than what I expected. Large, strong, beautiful and elegant! (Your ham, roast or 15 lbs turkey can be placed on this platter and your table will look just amazing... Royal Albert, you did it again!!!! I love this platter (I bought two)
