Perfect except for broken salad plate

Very elegant but 1 salad plate was broken on arrival. Macy’s not letting me message them to request replacement/refund. I am upset at having my beautiful set delivered damaged. Unsure how to fix this problem

lovely setting for homely fare

I have a four-place setting set and other pieces of this collection. When I saw these bowls I thought how nice they would be for oatmeal, which I love, or my homemade chocolate frozen yogurt, or bread pudding, or custard, or ramen. They arrived very quickly in perfect condition. Thank you!
