Superb Steam Iron!

I am a sewist and have owned Rowenta steam irons for over 35 years. Thus far, I'm very pleased with the Rowenta Pro Master Steam Iron. The features, style, weight and smooth handling and pressing of each garment is excellent. The soleplate with 430 microsteam holes is robust and superb! I could'nt ask for more in a pro steam iron. Also very important to me is knowing that Rowenta does not use any toxic 'forever chemicals' in manufacturing as do most other companies.

A TOTAL DUD

I have used this brand for many years, but this Rowenta Iron is a total dud. It doesn't iron cotton or linen. The steam works but sprinkles. I have a dud!!

Rowenta Iron

Did NOT receive the Pro Master iron, I received the Ultimate+ iron, called customer serice and they sent another iron to fix it and received the Ultimate+ once again! Very disappointing.

Should have read the reviews!

Like many others, I received a used iron in the mail. I had to return it because there was calcium buildup already in the holes of the iron and it transferred to my clothes. This is a good product but I would buy it elsewhere. Seems like the returns are not being checked properly.

Never got delivered

I am still struggling to have any updates on the iron. I did not receive one and I raised this to customer service immediately but no clue where am I at it.
