Conditioning
Chanel's Hydrating Lip Balm is one of the best, IMO. It isn't goopy or oily. It is soft, conditioning and hydrating. It provides relief when my lips are dry or chapped. I use it at night and throughout the day when I am not wearing lipstick or gloss.

Best lip balm ever
GOOD BUT DOESN’T LAST LONG
It’s good, it DOES NOT smell or taste like perfume. It does glide on smoothly and leaves my lips feeling soft and supple, it just doesn’t last as long as long as the Dior lip glow. I keep them both in my bag, Chanel if I want soft lips and Dior for a lasting effect. You should definitely give it a go! By the way, the young man at the Northridge, CA Chanel counter ROCKS!
