Nice looking but poor quality

I have had this for less than a year, but some part of the wood has chipped off. It is in the front where the drawers are closing off. It is definitely not durable for long term use and considering the high price, I think it is not worth it.

Too big for us

I found the chest too big and I didn’t like it. I think it needed something in the front. It certainly was spacious and if you want a large chest, it might work for you. I returned it. Macys is great with returns.

Beautiful and Roomy

I just inherited my aunt’s silverware, complete with all sorts of extras, small and large, and needed an extra drawer without constraints. This one has a 3rd drawer that perfectly fits all the long serving utensils and boxes of little items.

Roomy storage

I wanted this flatware chest because it is really roomy, and I have a lot of pieces of sterling to store in it. It is very roomy, and that is good, but I doubt it is rosewood.

Silver chest

Exactly as described online. Should hold all my sterling flatware as soon as I polish it. It's been in a drawer w/out tarnish protection so I'm thrilled to have a place to store that is anti-tarnish. What I expected from a company with a high class reputation!! Thank you, Lenox.

GOOD BOX - BAD WOOD VENEER

I like how nice and big it is. But the fake wood on the outside looks REALLY fake. Like paper. And it sure doesn't look anything like rosewood. That said, I'm keeping it. Great box for all my silver.

Head over hills in love!!!

I am so head over hills in love with my chest. It is perfect for all my elegant flatware and it's very spacious. Couldn't have asked for more.
