Roselli is disappointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not sure why Bloomingdale’s continues to carry this brand. It looks great but the quality is terrible. The pumps break regularly. This is at least the 4th or 5th one I’ve bought in less than 3 years. Because I own the complete matching set, I keep replacing the lotion/soap pump. But this is the last time. When this one fails, I’ll toss it all and start from scratch with a new brand. Very disappointing. Bloomingdale’s, look at the reviews which are terrible. Why do you continue to carry this sub-par product?
