Bad experience

Very bad costumer service, I have been return my watch since 2 weeks ago and tell now I didn’t receive my refund , It’s not from Macys Its from another seller so be carful when you buy this brand !

Beautiful

This is a beautiful watch - my husband gave it to me for Christmas. However, I had trouble getting the latch to work properly. Several in my family tried to help me but we couldn't get it to stay on my wrist. That is why I am not giving it 5 stars.
