After a 2 month delay in delivery, the product arrived with the attachment brackets installed incorrectly since they were placed horizontally along the bottom of the frame. I would think the mfr. would already have these installed properly. I'm now waiting for Macy's to rectify this so I may attach it. Customer service slipped on this one with no communication provided about the shipment delay and problems setting up the delivery time. The headboard is nicely padded and had only a few loose threads. I'm hoping after all this hassle it actually works with a Tempurpedic adjustable frame as claimed.

The Rory is a Gorgeous Bed!
After analyzing many beds I opted for the Macy's Rory bed because of the color and the sophistication and calmness created by the clean lines. It arrived today and I'm so happy!!! it looks better than I even imagined. The gray is the perfect gray....peaceful and soft. The fabric is high quality and I just love everything about this bed. It was worth the wait and actually came sooner than expected. Way to go once again Macy's!
