Don't waste you money if you plan to travel a lot

I bought this luggage because of its ability to collapse and 3-year warranty. Let's say it almost made it a year before the hard plastic cracked and became unusable. I contacted Rollink for the warranty and evidently flying more than 5 times in a year "voids the warranty" and it was not made to "withstand the abuse of an airport". I thought these bags were made for traveling, but evidently, they are only for people who go on vacation once or twice a year. It's pretty disappointing to pay this much and get such a small amount of use. I'd have better luck buying a bag from a thrift store every time I go on a trip and just donate it back instead of storing it.

Game changer!

Precision engineered to transform from a full size carryon to a mere 3 inches wide. The most amazing thing is that it looks REALLY GOOD. It looks quite posh and high end. I love the richness of the color and the balanced feel of it, folded down or fully filled, it just exudes a richness that is absent from my other luggage pieces. It feels balanced in hand and wheels nicely. It looks and feels sleek and balanced and the cheery colors make travel seem more personal because it’s your favorite color. You can put this on a shelf, I have books that are wider, seriously, so there it is on a shelf vertically standing up in a sliver of space and it’s ready to go whenever I am. I look forward to using this on my upcoming cruise and anywhere that has smallish hotel room size. Everything else seems impossibly bulky and cumbersome. I’m saving up to buy the next size “up”. Perfect for college students! Makes a great gift as it even has a great box wrapped with care.

This is great it holds so much. The wheels are placed so u get the full use of the 22 inch care-on. I even check the bag on the way home an it held up. 12 shirts,3 shorts 2 pairs of jeans and 4 skorts. An few smaller items.. Love Love It !!!! I want to the check suit case now.

could have been better

I purchased the Flex VEGA 22" Hardside Collapsible Carry-On in pink color in a June for my international trip in July. It’s meets the airline allowance in size/dimensions. However, on my first layover in Doha, the handle kept dropping down when I rest my hand on it. It happened again on my next layovers so I think I might have the defected one. I hope Macy’s reads this and forward me to the appropriate department so I can have my carryon fixed. Otherwise, it’s quite sleek design, it’s 2 wheels so your luggage doesn’t run away when your hand is not on the handle, and its minimalist style gives the full capacity for packing without being too heavy for the overhead bin loading. It would be a great 5 stars if it’s not for the handle.

Nice colors

I like the size, color selection and that it’s collapsible. It doesn’t seem too sturdy though. It worked fine on a car trip but I’m not sure I want to use it on my next flight. I probably wouldn’t buy it again.
