at least 1/2 size too big - wouldn't stay on

I like the style and the leather. Unfortunately, they were sized about 1/2 size too big. I could fit my index finger behind each heel and there was not way to keep them on my feet. It's very odd. I'm 10W and this NEVER happens to me... I was wondering if they had been mislabeled and not willing to take another chance trying. I wasn't able to evaluate the comfort level since they wouldn't stay on. Rockports are typically very comfortable for me.

I love these

These are a little narrow in the toe box for me. Overall cute and comfortable. I feel like I can wear with pants and dresses equally. Very good quality.

Rockport women’s shoes.

I was very disappointed with this purchase. The website claimed it was leather shoes but it turned out to be all man made. Had to return. Did not expect it from Macy’s, very disappointed.

Not a good fit

I like the design. Heel height is perfect! Unfortunately I should’ve listened to the previews reviews. This shoe does not fit right. I’m a size 8 but returned it for a size 7.5. Yet the back of my foot keeps slipping out of the shoe and loose at 7.5. Very very poor fit. It should be removed from the selling floor.

Finally, a decent Loafer!

These are hands-down the most comfy and stylish loafers I've found for my aging feet (70+). I lost count of how many other brands and styles I tried and returned that were too clunky, too narrow or too wide. Was about to give up when I saw these Rockport Kacey Penny Loafers advertised, and so glad I didn't pass them up because they've turned out to be THE shoe for me! I love the lower lug sole on these that are still sturdy yet so much easier to walk in. Also, the toe box is roomier and the overall fit is ample and comfortable. Keepers for sure! :-)
