Not Lasting

Very comfortable fit, I even purchases a 2nd pair. Unfortunately, they only lasted exactly 3 months. The sole of the boot ripped.

Boots

Bought this boots for my husband for an upcoming trip. He likes the look of the boots and it feels comfortable. He would like a little bit more padding but will probably put some insoles to give it more padding.

Very satisfied Customer!

First, let me say that Macy's is one of the best customer service retailers in the market place, both on-line and on-premises. Ordering shoes on-line is somewhat risky for obvious reasons. Macy's removes the apprehension associated with on-line shopping by guaranteeing a smooth returns process; and sure enough, they deliver on this promise. My first order of this shoe was a half size too large. I returned it to one of their local stores where I was helped by very friendly associates. One of the associates mentioned that the shoes were still available on-line in a half size smaller. I took another chance and ordered the new pair with confidence. They arrived and I could not be more satisfied. They fit like custom shoes. Quality is stellar and they look great. Thank you Macy's!

Awesome pair of shoes

I always purchase a pair of rock ports for my husband; he stands on his feet all day. These shoes have good arch support and made for standing and walking a whole lot. My husband loves his shoes! After a long day at work his feet doesn’t hurt anymore. Definitely a awesome pair of shoes
