Broken heel

I bought these boots for a vacation and the first night I wore them the heel ripped off the sole of the shoe. I am so upset with these shoes! Don't waste your money on a cheaply made product

Nice booties!

I loved this pair of boots, I normally wear 9.5 but this ones are 9 and fits me really nice. They are comfy and looks really nice.

A new type of ill fitting boot

I think this boot is adorable. Seems to be good quality as well. But......this is the first time I have had to return a boot because it was too um, too low I guess? Too low across the bridge/top of my foot. It was cutting into my foot right around where the toes begin. I love boots and have owned many. This is the FIRST time I have seen this. I mean, isn't this stuff kind of standard with shoe sizes? How did they screw this up? It fits exactly as expected as far as length, and again as far as width. But they cut the body of the boot too low. I would size up but I'm afraid I will end up with the same issue, and a boot that's now too wide and too long.

Too bulky

Honestly bought these boots after reading reviews, but I guess buyers don't really know what comfort means. I mean these boots were so bulky, even with two pairs of socks and still not enough cushion to fill in. And feels like you are walking on rocks. Type of shoes, you know your feet will definitely stink. I'm very surprised from all the reviewers. Maybe I got the sample quality footwear . Sorry
