Total Disappointment!!!

Bag arrived it was all ripped apart. The hanger was broken and the items had mud on them just filthy and the stitching coming undone. I could clearly see that the items had been tampered with. Someone ripped package saw what was in it and then tried to tape it all back up. Or someone returned the item and Macy’s then turned around and sold it to me all dirty. Wish I could post video of how bad this all looks.
