- Glides on easily to define lips, create fullness and help keep lipstick from feathering or bleeding; easy to apply, goes on perfectly and stays in place; conditions and softens lips without settling into fine lines; eight-hour wear and water resistant
- INGREDIENT HIGHLIGHTS:
- Meadowfoam seed oil is an antioxidant-rich and plush emollient that conditions and softens skin and lips
- Mango seed oil, extracted from the pit of a mango, is an excellent moisturizer that is rich in fats and antioxidants to help hydrate dry skin and lips
- Shea butter is a rich moisturizing butter known for long-lasting, ultimate hydration
- Jojoba oil, rich in antioxidants, mimics skin tone and texture to allow for easy absorption of nourishing skin and lip benefits while creating a protective barrier from environmental stressors
- HOW TO USE:
- Draw a line around the lips with the pencil tip
- To enhance your lip size for more impact, draw slightly outside your natural lip line
- Blend with the brush to soften the line, or fill in and use as an allover lip color
- Finish with lip color or gloss

My favorite lip liner.
