Modern Craft Decorative Pillow

The pillows were beautiful however they came damaged in the mail because the post office ripped the plastic bag it was shipped in. I had to return them. They should be shipped in a box not a form fitting plastic bag.

Wrong advertising

I placed the same order for the same pillow 4 times. 4 times it was canceled in the following 24h. No explanation. I reached out via the chat each time and could not get a proper explanation. It is so weird and unsatisfying. Especially because the pillow is shown as available.
