Works, but sleeps hot

Helps to keep my hips and spine aligned but the material is very soft, cushy, and hot. And for the price point, it should come with a cover.

Pain reducing Yoga pillow

This pillow really helped my hip and lower back pain. It was soft and very comfortable to sleep with. It can be used for a side sleeper placing the pillow between the legs keeping the hips even, or under the knees if you are a back sleeper. I wake up more rested and pain free with this pillow. I would highly recommend for anyone with low back or hip discomfort.

I was expecting a larger pillow. Nice at first but then became flat. Do not waste your money.
