Macy's Customer Service is not responsive

The glasses are great but I paid for and expected two sets and only received one and am having a very difficult time getting help for refund or replacement from Macy's. Very poor customer service, mostly just automated chat responses.

Not for me

Was not pleased with the purchase. The picture shows a stemmed glass on the box and these are not stemmed. I have purchased Riedel glasses for years and these just did not meet the same quality test I experienced with my past purchases. The glass almost feels like an acrylic. In any case they were not for me and I returned them promptly.
