The best suitcase I've ever owned
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off the locking mechanism on this is awesome! The wheels are super smooth and spins great and the handle extends tall enough for me. There's a separation screen inside with pouches for organizing. I like the outside not being fabric but the plastic could be harder. I think it could be the flexibility might be an upside while traveling. I used this to put in my fragile knickknacks while moving recently and everything held up perfectly. It's decently spacious. I could probably fit in a week worth of clothes and that's as a very indecisive lady.

Solid roll-aboard with smart design (mostly)

Cute and Funtional

Perfection

From its sleek simple design on the outside to the aesthetically pleasing design of the inside I am so happy with the quality! The wheels glide so easily that bringing this on trips will be a breeze! There is so much space and pockets to pack your items! I’m using this on my trip coming up and know it will fit everything I need! Extremely unhappy and dissapointed
I was looking forward to receiving and taking my new Ricardo carry-on luggage on my next trip. Instead the wrong item was sent. I've ordered a 21" Carry-on and received a Large 29" piece. Item was returned to the store and there is no time to reorder.

Sturdy and well designed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This will now be my go-to carry on bag! It was perfect for a recent long weekend trip and was easy to steer (my 4 year old even rode on top of it!) and fit so much in an organized way. The exterior and interior feels premium and you can tell it's well designed (the small handle to use when picking up the suitcase to put through security for instance). The little phone holder on the handle is an interesting idea, but it was really hard to open.
