Comfy couch

We went to 4 furniture stores before going to Macy’s. The Ryhder sectional was on display in the showroom and we fell in love with the fabric, comfort level and the style. Our sales women told us we could order any of the configurations of this style in the store, not online. The sofa comes in what ever fabric you want at no extra charge. We went with stone/corduroy. Easy delivery - one month wait time. Delivery team was fast and experienced. Highly recommend.

Comfortable with issues.

Pillows are way to big they are almost the size of a cushion. The seats are too over stuffed feels like I am sitting on a hill that makes you slide to the center of the sofa.

very comfortable but color way way way off

very very comfortable, well made. but in no universe is it charcoal like i ordered. i did not want a blue sofa. im very disappointed. but sofa is so comfortable.

Rhyder Sofa

Sofa is HORRIBLE!!!!! Purchased Sofa & Chair &1/2. TEN DAYS AFTER DELIVERY CHAIR STARTED TO FALL APART. Called Macys they sent rep he unzipped the sofa cushion the foam had dirt, also something that looked like mold & pussballs, instead of one piece of foam manufacturer sewed two pieces together & it sort of collapsed so ur sitting in a hole. Macy's wanted to give me new cushions I said yes at first then within three weeks time the sofa so to sync the material became saggy all wrinkly nothing like the sectional. One corner and sticks up in the air. I'm returning the whole product and purchasing a different product this is my first problem with furniture for Macy's I have been purchasing furniture for over 20 years. The manufacture of this Jonathan Louis took no pride in creating his sofa and chair and a half . But I have to say this Macy's is making good on this very annoying trying to find another sofa.
