F-4 shaver problem

Had a problem with my F-4 shaver, a spindle with a spring that holds the blade in place, broke, which shouldn't have. Customer service took care of me immediately and shipped out a new shaver for no charge!!!

OLD shaver working like NEW again.

Shopped for a new screen & cutter because my screen had developed a hole due to being dropped. Found my original paperwork, ordered replacement thru the website on the paper work. I now have a 'new' shaver. Works like it did when I purchased new. NO complaints.

Great Item to keep the Remington going for years

The Remington Dual-Foil is a great shaver that I have had for years! The replacement heads keep it going on-and-on. In fact I rarely have to order a new head, but they do eventually wear out and have to be replaced. Thanks for having them available!
