Service what you sell please

Gloves came with missed stitching and hole on the outside of glove. Contacted customer service to exchange and they said that due to this party they could not handle request.Do better Macys. I had to reorder and now waiting.. plus i have a pair of faulty gloves that I've paid for.

USED AND DAMAGED

Inspect your merchandise make sure it's not used or torn. The gloved arrived the wood flailed and looked used.
