The product itself is good but I did not receive item pictured in my order . Per pictures of flip flop I thought I was ordering , first two pictures then picture of item I actually received. Rating product itself as 4 because I like reef but not shoe as advertised on macys site.

Wrong product, return too difficult

Don’t receive the product that was in the listing photo. Returns too difficult (no response to my email and phone hours not compatible with my teaching schedule). Also, no in-store location near me and would have cost me a fee to return by mail. Dissatisfied.
