Reed Barton Jewelry Box.

I purchased this for my 8 year old granddaughter and she thought it was great. Now that was the easy part since the first attempt resulted in a mix up in routing to the wrong address. When I realized she had not received the gift I phoned Macy's for assistance and all I can say is the response of the young man who answered my call was first class and very professional. I was very impressed with the service and being a old and demanding male that is very hard to do.
