Ordered 3 of these hoodies in different colors and I never received any of them. One star rating is too much. Very disappointed.
the return service is terrible!

If washed items cannot be returned, how are we supposed to know the quality is so bad without washing them? also, the return service is terrible! The returned item was received several days ago, yet the refund still hasn't been processed. The service is really poor!
