only one shoe lights up

I bought this shoe for my grand daughter. She loves the shoe, but is disappointed that only one shoe lights up. I started to send them back for a new exchange but they didn’t have her size available, size 9.

Not as described

We bought the shoe for my daughter’s 3 year old birthday. Wrapped it up till her special day. She opened it recently and only one leg lights up. We bought the shoe because of that. Sadly, the return window has closed. I need my money back! Will not recommend this pair of shoes.
