Disappointed !!

I'm writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent purchase of Ray-Ban sunglasses from Macy's. Unfortunately, upon receiving the sunglasses, I discovered they were not in the expected condition. The lenses were dirty, marked with visible fingerprints, and showed signs of micro scratches. As a loyal Macy's customer, I have always held the store to a high standard of quality. In light of this experience, I would like to suggest that Macy's ensures a thorough quality check of products before shipping them to customers. This step is crucial to maintaining the trust of customers who rely on the store for premium items. This situation not only disrupted my trip plans but also raised concerns about the overall reliability of Macy's for such purchases.

Received damaged glasses from the manufacturer

When the glasses arrived, the lenses were very dirty, as if they had been sprayed with dirty water. I rinsed them with warm water, allowed them to drip dry a bit, then wiped them with a cotton cloth. I saw at least 3 scratches or imperfections on the inside of the lenses. I returned them, which Macy’s made easy. I’m very disappointed in the manufacturer (Luxxotica) - the glasses came directly from them.

Ray-Ban

Cool shades
