Amazing sunglasses even better service

After a disappointed experience at Amazone, I went to my to go place for sunglasses Sunglass Hut at Macy's in Aventura. Stephanie not only got the right sunglasses for m, she also informed about the specials available. The second pair came in the mail within a few days of ordering.

Ray-Ban Sunglasses

I LOVE Ray Bans for their quality and warranty so, I never hesitate to purchase. I lost a pair, (exactly like this, that I loved), that I purchased at Bass Pro on Black Friday, (yes, they were on sale then); needless to say I was bummed. So, when I received Macy’s email with Ray-Bans on sale I was thrilled. It gave me the opportunity to buy the same glasses at a good value. I received them by mail and when I tried them on, they were too loose around the ears; I took them to the Sunglasses Hut in our local store and they adjusted them for me. A great quality product with great in-store customer service.

Not as described and a third party seller

The item was not as describes and arrived damaged. In efforts of returning it I received a message stating that it is not the item that was sent out but it was in fact the one received. I do not trust Macy’s items anymore involving other merchants. I do not feel like a valued customer and will be canceling my account.
