Nice gadget, but the quality is really poor.

Nice gadget, but the quality is really poor. Out of nowhere, it stopped working right after 30 days return period. I tried factory reset and every othe suggestion and they didn't work. Meta doesn't provide any support, and RayBan support is long process and I don't have any trust that is going to solve the problem. Now, I have to wait for another month based on their timeline to see if I get my glasses working. And hopefully it doesn't do the same thing again.
