Itchy

My toddler hated it the minute I put it on. She complained that the shoulders were hurting her that’s when I realized the material on the shoulders seems itchy. Beautiful color and style.

The dress is the pic on website looks pretty so I ordered but the actual dress is nothing like pic. This is not a floral dress not organza. Will be returning
