How can I rate what you canceled 😞 I never got what I ordered and will never order from Macy's again

Don’t buy from here

I ordered this doll, waited a week for delivery and then received an email saying my order has been refunded due to no stock. Are you serious? It took a week after being charged for an item while waiting for delivery to then be told the item is gone? Absolutely ridiculous.

Disappointed

I ordered this doll like hundreds of others and the order was cancelled several days later so it is hard to review.

Awful service.

Very upset and disappointed with my “purchase”!!! I had heard that the Fantastic Fashion Poppy was available in Macy’s website so I found my way here, and what do you know, she was available! I added her to my cart, put in my card information and made my purchase. The transaction went through and i got my receipt and an estimated delivery date. The next day, I received an email saying that my purchase was canceled because the item was out of stock—which would’ve been nice to know before completing my purchase—so I just had to wait to be refunded for my purchase.

My favorite design of any rainbow high doll ever

The poppy runway doll is by far my favorite rainbow high doll, and honestly my favorite design of any doll mga has put out since I was a little kid. I am devastated that they aren't putting out any more poppy dolls, and so sad I didn't manage to get this doll when it was in stock. Please please please mga. Make this doll more available for people to purchase!! We all miss poppy so much, but a lot of us never even managed to get ahold of the dogs of her we wanted because of the distribution of them. I never even saw her in stores and now she's gone. :(

Awesome

The hair quality is fantastic. I love the clothes it comes with and even the little stand to display everything.

A Big Hit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter loves the Rainbow High Fantastic Fashion Poppy Rowan. She's dressed very flashy and my daughter is all about anything that's sparkly, shiny, etc. The doll comes with another outfit, a sketchbook and a bust so you can help Rowan create the most fabulous runway outfits ever! The only slight issue is the shoes. My daughter broke one the first time she removed it so now Rowan is barefoot, but that hasn't stopped my daughter from spending hours planning and performing fashion shows for our whole family.

Beautiful product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This doll is such a cutie pie and I can't rave enough about it. It looks so colorful and the butterfly like print/dress looks so eye catching that my daughter can't get enough of it. She gets hours of pretend play with it. The material quality of the doll is top notch and it would also make a great gift for any kid. I will highly recommend it
