Item missing, no refund

I can't review this item because it never delivered (despite a second attempt to get it delivered by contacting Macy's customer services) and Macy's still has not sent me a refund (I've now twice contacted customer service).

Nice crossbody bag

This is such a cute bag! I got the light blue color and the matching wallet. It wears nice and its made really well. Excellent leather, well stitched. I usually purchase Dooney and Bourke and this is every bit as good.

LOVE This Purse

This is the perfect purse for me. It has a slim profile, but plenty of space inside. There are three compartments plus a zipper pocket inside and a slot on the outside for quick access to my phone. It also has a hidden attached key ring. I wear it as a cross body and even with all my stuff in it, it lays flat and doesn’t feel heavy. It’s very stylish, and I’ve gotten tons of compliments on the dove gray color- it goes with everything. I would definitely buy it again. I got it during the Macy’s Friends and Family sale, which made it totally affordable. I may just buy another one next year!

Best little crossbody I’ve found.

This is a perfect little Crossbody for me. It holds my two pair of glasses, keys, wallet, inhaler, and a couple of other small items. I love that the phone pocket is within easy reach on the outside, and that the middle snap pocket is available for receipts that I need to hold onto. It’s very lightweight and has a nice long shoulder strap. I highly recommend this bag.

Beautiful Bag!

Just received this today and I LOVE it! It is the perfect size, beautifully made and keeps everything organized.I purchased it in Eucalyptus and the color is a beautiful green gray! Very happy with my purchase!
