Good but…

It is a great bag… having said that the zip ends and top loop did not last and makes the whole this worthless. Rest of the bag is amazing. Glad I purchased on sale. If you are looking for longevity this is not it. Sad that I can’t use it anymore as it looks bad and the material comes off on clothing and everywhere. If they changed that it would be perfect and I would purchase again.

Simply a great bag

Well made every day backpack. Roomy enough to hold my wallet, keys, cosmetic bag, sunglasses and mobile phone. It’s become a staple in my capsule wardrobe.

Strap broke

The bag is beautiful but the strap broke while I was wearing it after only 4 days of use. I’m very disappointed and expected more from such an elite company. Tried to contact the Macys store but can’t get anyone on the phone. Not sure hiw to get an exchange or refund.

Glorified tote bag with backpack straps

This is not worth the money! Radley London usually has very nice purses, backpacks, and wallets, but this is a glorified tote bag. It will be returned.

perfect for travel and every day!!!

I’ve lived with this bag for almost a year and I absolutely love it. so very very lightweight. snagged an amazing sales price for the dark green. turns out it’s also machine washable and goes in the dryer as well. keeps shape perfectly.

Stiff and too big for me

Too stiff and big. Thought the fabric would be a little softer. Ended up returning it.

Love love love this bag

This backpack is perfect! I'm able to fit so many things in here: sunglasses in a case, wallet, small makeup bag, small bag for snacks for kids plus a hook to keep my keys from getting lost in the bottom and other zip compartments and pockets Bonus is it's wipeable material!!
