Great bag!!
I thought I ordered black but I received navy and I love it! This little bag holds a lot of things! And the leather is like butter. I returned a Tory Burch bag I recently purchased at Nordstroms and the girl at checkout, complimented my Radley bag! I did get my bag on sale and it's no longer on sale so I will wait to buy more colors.
Far exceeded my expectations
This is a simple, classic, BEAUTIFUL bag that I expect to be timeless. There's so much to like about it: Top quality butter-feel leather in a rich tone. The key fob is pretty and is on the side that the top zipper pulls towards, so it's easier to use with keys. This bag fits my glasses, cc holder, tiny cosmetic bag, iPhone, pen, keys, passport, a 10-pack of wipes, a and a couple of masks (pandemic days here). All that inside and still zips up sleek (not bulging). The removable shoulder strap is truly adjustable. And the hardware is really nice quality too. My intention when purchasing this bag was to be able to use the camera/box style sort of like a clutch to keep my "purse items" tidy and wrangled when tossed into a larger tote bag. But I like it so well I plan to use it as a small handbag, particularly for weekends & travel (I think it will be great for that). It's so classic you can dress it up or down. This is my first Radley London bag, but will certainly not be my last!

poor quality
purchased in white shade (manor grove color) which started to come off after 2 weeks of wearing it and the bag is now becoming to look brownish... at first I thought it just got dirty so I did a small test trying to clean the strap of the bag before attempting to clean it all and the color immediately started to come off. Very disappointing, I hope the return will be accepted even though the bag looks as if I was wearing it for years and made it dirty. It is an expensive bag, I was hoping for a better quality.
