GREAT bag but was a return from another buyer

So upset. I wanted this bag so bad and I was sent a used bag that was a return from a buyer in ARIZONA. I know this because she left her receipt inside the bag under all the tissue and on top of that she didnt include the dust bag or the care cards. The bag had obvous signs of use and she just tucked the black tag into the pocket and used it like that until she didnt want it anymore and added back the price tag. Im appalled that the sales associate failed to inspect the bag and see that I was obviously used. People have no shame. Now I cant even rebuy it because it sold out with the sale the just had.

I love this bag! Big enough to hold a large brim hat without crushing it; not too heavy to hold.
