Sales and delivery

Thank you for the 5 star sales and delivery service. We are pleased with our purchase and the timely delivery. During a stressful rainy day they were near clean and quick. Great couch!

Glad I came across this sleeper sofa. It’s hard to find a good looking sleeper sofa and this one is great. I liked all the color options. Delivery was seem less and easy. I am very happy with my purchase!

Radley sofa

I have had this sofa not even a year & it is so uncomfortable. The cushions do not hold up at all. I chose a cover from the swatches & when it came you could clearly see it wasn't sewn correctly. When I called customer service all they would do is offer a small refund. It is an uncomfortable sofa. Too soft. Does not hold its shape. Cheap foam.

False advertising BEWARE

They only shipped half my order and refuse to ship the rest, it is hard to assemble, holes don’t align for the bolts and neither Costway or macys is willing to ship the rest of the furniture despite the fact they admit it states it comes with chairs. Read you item very carefully as I’m sure many sets like this set appear to all be included but beware Costway may only send you an item or two and Macy's does nothing reasonable to remedy their false advertising- except remove the ad and place others in its place. I will see things in person first before making a purchase cause the quality of Costway and deceptive practices have floored me. Not the Macy’s I remember and I have purchased many items in store before. Sad to see quality and business ethics

The Classic

I bought three pieces of this sectional to create an 8 ft. long sofa with a chaise after an exhaustive search on sofas, including pricing and custom order timelines. This sofa is a solid investment - sturdy, comfy, aesthetically pleasing, and at a pretty nice price (think sale price, friends). Reviews are very mixed, so you might want to know that I learned Macy's has been selling this Radley sectional for over 25 years. I think that makes it a classic buy. The attached image shows the heavenly caramel upholstery - kind of golden in the sunlight and soft to the touch. The special order took almost exactly six weeks to deliver. Delivery was flawless. A shout-out to our sales guy in the Kenwood showroom who was a huge help, including an 11th-hour change to the order: thank you, Ahmad! We're loving it!
