Cushions flatten fast

I’ve had the couch for about 6 months. It is already sagging. The cushions lose their shape within a few weeks of moderate use. You sink when you sit down. I had my last couch for over 20 years and it held up better than this couch after moderate wear over a few months. I should have had old couch reupholstered. I don’t recommend this couch. I already had to buy supports to go under cushions.

Not recommended for your safety

I just buy one for my bedroom after few days I returned it , there is a nail come out from it my daughter was moving it and she got injured so I call Macy customer service they say ok we will come pick it up but they charged me the pick up fees . So I paid the delivery fees and the pick up fees and my daughter got injured and no sofa and they just said put a feedback .

Do not hesitate

Sofa was as... advertized! How often does that happen?! Perfect. White glove delivery excellent. Let me tell you, I was debating this one, in beige, that has a more expensive doppelganger -- granted that one had a fabric choice closer to my "vision" -- and I chose this one, one thousand dollars less, able to be delivered to me in one week (versus 4-8 weeks) and without a $100 surcharge for tariffs. If you want a "sink in" feel though, this is not for you. It is bouncy firm! Something I enjoy. To each his own! Otherwise, if you want style, price and delivery and think you can do better....think again

Broken Support Rods

Sofa is a gorgeous red - not thrilled that it's now selling at half off. Expensive looking - this thing won't have that wilted look that cheaper sofas get after a while. However, there are some rods (I don't know what to call them) that provide extra support underneath the bed & they broke after 18 mos. I've made several calls & was referred here & there but can't get hold of someone who can provide info about getting it repaired. Decided to go to the Furniture Gallery at Cherry Creek where I purchased it to ask & learned that it has closed. Any help would be appreciated!

Great so far

We purchased the chair, ottoman along with the small sectional and it is really, really great! The only trouble we had is communication from Macy’s. I don’t believe there was any communication. However, we are very happy with the set. So Beautiful and the Robins egg blue is an A++++ the set is so comfy, beautiful, fresh and new. Love! Please don’t take this color or set away! Will be ordering the sleeper sofa for the basement soon!

Unsatisfactory delivery

I have never received this item as Macy’s delivery service has failed on two attempts to deliver, the first reason unknown per the customer service, the second, the delivery person sat is his truck and texted he was here rather than ringing the doorbell. Four people were home.

Perfect Match To My Radley Sectional

Love my new Radley double chaise sectional. Had to get the matching ottoman that matches perfectly. Bought the Chrome Beige at the Tacoma Macys. James our salesperson and his mgr David were excellent to work with. Highly recommend this set. The service and delivery is A+++++. Thank you!

Perfect!

Love my new Radley. The size is perfect for my living space. Love the color and I have no complaints. The quality and color are as expected. Drivers were very respectful and kind.
