Radley Sectional Sofa
BUYER BEWARE – READ BEFORE PURCHASING! If you order a sofa with custom fabric, expect a 12-week delivery time. Upon delivery, inspect it thoroughly for any scratches, stains, or defects. If there’s an issue, be prepared for delays. Macy’s uses a third-party company for inspections—it took me 8 weeks just to get an appointment. The inspector said a replacement would be requested, but 8 weeks later, I found out no request was made. Customer service was unhelpful and routed me overseas. One rep claimed the sofa couldn’t be replaced due to the custom fabric. After multiple requests, I reached a supervisor who finally offered to replace only the stained cushion—with another 8–12 week wait. I hope others don’t go through this frustrating experience.

Don't waste your money
I bought this Radley sectional last December online after visiting my local Macy's store in Frisco, TX. After receiving the initial delivery for the sectional, I realized one of the pieces was damaged. I also noticed there was a tear in the middle of the fabric on the bottom of the "new" furniture. This is usually an indicator that the piece has been "repaired". This was confirmed by the 3rd party technician Macy's sent out to assess the overall issue who informed me that Macy's will continue to send out the same damaged pieces to new customers from the warehouse. Not a great start... Customer service did address the issue and replaced the piece, however, after 3 months I can confidently say that this is the most uncomfortable couch I have ever used. It is definitely not the same quality as the showroom model which I was able to confirm online is something that Macy's does purposefully. Overall this is low quality furniture and anyone in the market should avoid this trash.

The WORST QUALITY! Would give a Zero if I could!!!
After so many influencers raving about this sectional, we went to Macys to check it out. Overall it looks great and is firm but comfortable. We decided to purchase even though it was over our budget, we expected the price would be worth it, and we expected great quality product from Macy’s. Well I was wrong!!! At about exactly a year, one of the cushion zippers broke. After being transferred a few times, the customer service rep was cold and careless. They do not stand behind their products and would not replace the cushion cover. Instead, I was expected to purchase a whole new cushion, I couldn’t even just purchase the cover. Fast forward another year later, after removing the covers and washing, I more zipper broke. There are strings allllll over, the inside of the cushions are THE worst quality I’ve ever seen. So cheaply made. I hugely regret buying this sectional. It is not made to last for every day use. I guess it’s for show. Do not purchase if you plan to use daily!!!

Red sofa bed! Certainly makes a statement!
Love my new single sofa bed. Perfect for my office/bedroom in my apartment. Great for guests. I love the color red! Not bright red but a cross between a deep red maroon.

Radley 5 piece with corner piece Chrome Beige
We just received our beautiful Radley 5 piece set. It is gorgeous and so comfy; and the seat depth is perfect! The chase is awesome. It appears to be made well. I know to expect the cushions to get slouchy because it happens to all couches eventually. My family loves it.
