Awful Customer Service

We ordered this couch in September directly from Castleton, Indiana store. The online wait time was end of October and we were also told that when we purchased directly from sales team member, however, our receipt said January 1st. We have tried numerous times to contact our sales rep and just get crickets. I tried to chat on line and was told they did not have the "tools" to check on our order. We have never had such bad customer service and when I expressed that I wanted an email contact for the store so that I could express my concerns was told they could not provide that. Since I purchased in store, I cannot even check status online. Very disappointed and frustrated.

Great Sectional

I ordered this sectional and it ended up coming about 2 months before anticipated. I wasn't able to see it in a showroom based on my location but really like the quality! I did ask to get sample colors sent but they never came, that said I am really happy with the Chestnut color. It is more milk chocolate color than the photos look online (the photo of it in a real living room is more realistic).

Armless Chair is a different size

Purchased in May 20024. Delivered End of July 2024. Problem…… both armless chairs are smaller in size comparing to the rest of the set. Manufacturers defect. Macys won’t take responsibility for it. They placed a replacement , due to de delivered in October 2024. Will see is they fixed the issue. BTW display set at Macy’s store in Farmington CT has the same issue. I missed it. Be aware !!

Absurd deays

Still waiting more than 6 months after placing order at the store AND paying. Macys considers this sectional a 'custom order' so no refund. I currently doubt we will ever receive it. We were assured the wait wouldn't be as per online orders complaining about year long delays. Do not order unless you have years in lead time.
