Mysterious Straps

Suit is cute, but it comes with extra straps that I can not figure out what to do with. They look like they are meant to criss cross the back, but there is only one hook on each strap making it impossible to connect them to the suit. Very odd, and the straps are needed to make the suit fit properly across my breasts.

Pretty colors but it is NOT full coverage as the description reads. It is going back to the store.
