Cute dress but runs small

Very cute dress. I ordered my size that I always wear and it was extremely snug. One thing I didn't notice on the pics is the see-through detail at the waist.

I LOVE THIS DESIGNER, I like that the clothes have a little % of Spandex which allows for a perfect fit.
