Missing Piece!

It's a nice piece of kitchen equipment, but when I opened it I noticed that a prong that grips the food was missing. I'm sorry but when you order a name brand item and pay the price yet at that, all the pieces should be intact. Someone wasn't doing their job of inspecting.😒

Great tool

Rachael Ray's box grater

I love the design and functionality of the box grater. The reason for 4 stars is because it is not easy to clean. It is not made of nonstick material.

Slightly Disappointed

I love the container that holds the grated cheese and the overall construction. However, I do not like how this shreds cheese. It was small pieces that clumped together versus long shreds that stay separated.
