Beware this third party seller

Third party seller sent dress with lint on it (not damaged, in my opinion), and when I returned it in the same condition they denied my return, classifying the lint as “damage.” They stated they were sending the dress back to me, but it’s been more than two weeks since they said that and I have yet to receive it back. I’ve called Macy’s three times to dispute the denied return and the issue has yet to be resolved, as the third party seller apparently won’t respond. Will never purchase online from Macy’s again.
