METAL LEGS HIDDEN/BUT NO SCREWS

I was looking everywhere for the legs and the screws to put the legs on to the headboard. Eventually, I found the legs in a pocket on the backside of the headboard but no small parts, no screws, no instruction booklet. Now, I have go find screws somewhere.

Bogus service

By mistake, I put in the wrong address for this order. Eight hours later I discovered this mistake meaning that the order will be delivered to an empty house. I called Macy’s and they said it would be a 50 minute wait on the phone. I went on chat with Macy’s and they said they never cancel or change orders unless they hear from you 30 minutes after the order was placed. I went online on my Macy’s account where it gives me the opportunity to contact the seller directly with an option to can telephone the seller and they said cancellations have to come from Macy’s. The seller then said that if they do get cancellations from Macy’s it’s got to be within 24 hours, and it takes 48 hours to process a cancellation. Two hours online and on the telephone … only to get placed in a ridiculous feedback loop, with no help at all. The bottom line is if you make a mistake on an order, there’s no way to fix it after 30 minutes and no one that has any sympathy at all and getting it done, so beware!

Delightful Headboard for Guest Room

My headboard is a delightful addition to my bed. Not too overwhelming in size just right for my guest bedroom. Easy to assemble. Good value sturdy. I love the light beige color. I’m happy with my purchase.
