If the watch doesn't turn on, press and hold it for 5-10 seconds. Use a UL-certified adapter (not a fast charger) with an output voltage of 5V 1A to charge the watch. Leave it charged for 2-3 hours. Please Check the contacts on the back of your watch for any dirt or debris and check the charging pins to be sure they are not bent or damaged. Also, charge the watch with a UL-certified adapter that is not a fast charger; the output voltage should not exceed 5 V 1 A, and leave it charged for 2-3 hours. The iTouch fitness tracker watch is a cute that can be worn for casual and dressy days, however the two watches I purchase did not work for long. Once the battery went dead on the watches the watches no longer worked. I followed all the trouble shoot instructions on getting the watches to work, but they never worked.
