What's going on?

bought 2 pairs of speakers - 1 pair was delivered asap - been trying to get ahold of pyle and macy's to find out where the other pair of speakers are - it's been like 3 weeks? or if they aren't going to ship them - then cancel the order and return my money - have not gotten any response from either company - I feel ripped off - speakers are ok - sound decent - not high end audio though
