Poor packing

Bought and received about a week later. Box arrived very banged up, the brown shipping tape sealing it barely attached. The packing was poorly done. A padded envelope folded in half was all that was used for "packing", which made the inner box jostle about inside. The housing of the unit showed stressing and a crack in the corner. Returning for a refund. I can understand things happen during shipping but if this item was packed more professionally than just using a folded shipping envelope, I would have requested a replacement. But due to the poor packing, I'm not convinced it wouldn't happen again. So beware when buying. I have had Pursonic products in the past, but never experienced this lack of care in packing a buyers purchase.
