They Do NOT Stand Behind the 10 Year Warranty

they do NOT stand behind their 10yr warranty. protector starting allowing sweat to penetrate into my mattress ruining the mattress. Tried to warranty it & Purple denied saying its not covered.

Only bed I'll buy.

I have a big difference between my hips and waist and that creates a lot of pain from beds that can't make up the difference. Purple supports my tiny waist while letting my hips dip into the matress.

Returned this back for a refund

We purchased this Mattress protector for our new Purple hybrid mattress, once we received it and felt it we sent it back. It felt plastic/rubberish material, NON- Breathable, we couldn't even blow air through it as in zero air flow so we already knew this would make us hot.

Purchased 08 2021 - Still doing the job well

The protector has done its job well because my mattress still appears the way it did when I bought it about 3 1/2 years ago. The only difference in smell of the mattress is the new smell is gone but there are no body odors. I have had a few drink spills and the protector obviously handled em. I recommend following the wash care instructions because washing to hot or rough or with rough fabrics may be the cause of the leaks others experience. No need to wash too frequently unless soiled often, right? The original mattress and bedding set are still in good condition which is amazing in my experience. That should be worth the price.

Great!

We needed a new mattress cover and I liked that this one was waterproof on the sides as well as the top. We have a split king so if something slipped between it is a great preventative measure. They aren't loud or thick. They did get a bit hotter than the cover we had previously
