Beware of warranty

Not entirely sure why this mattress gets good reviews at all. Ours started sagging in the middle within 6-9 months. We’ve had it for a year and a half and we can’t sleep next to each other anymore without being uncomfortable because of it. You read reviews on Reddit and this is a super common problem that is not covered at all under warranty. Money does not buy you a mattress that will last longer than 6-9 months here. It was comfortable until this started but definitely not worth the price tag for such a short life. I would return this mattress to Macy’s if we could.

Not a happy sleeper

We bought the most expensive. 4 purple king mattress set & after 6 months the mattress is way to squishy & sinks. It doesnt support your back if youre a side or stomach sleeper. The trial period was not enough time to get the true feel of this mattress! If your partner likes to cuddle, then you really sink deep in the mattress that I cant take it anymore. Not sure if ours is a bad mattress but for 3500.00, youd think you would love it after 6 months!!

Wonderful Choice

Having slept on a waterbed for over 30 years, I was very concerned about how I would transition to a regular mattress.Elaine is the mattress specialist who assisted me, and she definitely knew how to advise me. I am very pleased with my "purple 4" purchase and am transitioning excellently.

Love Love our purple mattress

After months of research and going to sleep number bed store, we purchased our purple mattress. After one week we’re sleeping longer and better. No mote restlessness and waking up at night with sore hips and shoulders!! We wake refreshed and no stiffness! So far, We’re so thrilled and can’t wait to hop in bed at night just knowing we’ll be getting an excellent nights sleep!!!
