Not for Me

My husband wanted to try a different type of mattress. I decided to give it a try and we ordered the Purple firm mattress online. We heard good reviews and bought it. We also added the bundle which came with a discount. The bundle included two pillows, a mattress pad, sheets and pillowcases. Unfortunately, I wanted to like the Purple but in my opinion it was too soft. I slept on it for a week and started feeling achy and then after 3 weeks my back started to bother me. My husband just read a review that the firm for purple mattress is more medium firm. We called up customer service to return the mattress and to set up a date for pick up.Customer service was very cordial and I was able to return with no problems.I also had to return the bundle because it was part of a promotion.The pillows were comfortable and a foamy type of pillow which I always l loved. The sheets are soft and stretchy material. Maybe when I get a new mattress I can buy it separately.

I am SO happy with my purple mattress. I've slept better than I have in a long long time. My hips finally don't hurt anymore when I wake up

Game changer

Feels like sleeping I am sleeping on little cubes of jello. Nice and cool. Sleep so sound.

BEST Box mattress at a great price!

Fantastic Mattress. So comfortable right out or the "box" and only gets better. Our sales associate was wonderful and explained the differences in the Mattresses - all foam levels are available for order- delivery was quick and courteous. Very happy with this purchase from Macys.

Hybrid 2

I have always wanted a purple mattress, I felt the original on display years ago and love the concept and feel of it. I purchased the hybrid 2 and have had it for 2 1/2 weeks but I have never in my life experienced this much back and neck pain. I keep hoping I just need to give it time but it’s just getting worse and I am having a hard time getting through the day when I’m getting no sleep. I don’t for a second blame purple for this, I think I just went with too firm of a bed :(. They make it very clear that this is their firmest bed so it is my mistake, I’m just hoping this will help others in deciding which one to go with. I’m hoping to run to a store that has purple on display so that I can see what the 3 or 4 is like. I would only recommend if you like a very firm mattress. It feels soft when I’m sitting on it but when I lay down I feel like I’m laying on a board.

Great for back pain

We have had this Purple Mattress for about 3 weeks now and I am really impressed with how well we’ve been sleeping. Our old mattress would cause me wake up every morning with lower back pain. I wish we knew about this mattress years ago. I have two small disc herniations and I’m not waking up with the soreness anymore. White glove service took away our old mattress with no problems. Very happy with our purchase.

Good quality and very comfortable.

This is a very comfortable mattress. I bought it in queen size. It came with a movable base included. A little pricey but very comfortable.
